Mummulgum Public School is a small, rural school on the north coast serving the village of Mummulgum and surrounding farming community. Our stated aim is to instil and develop in our students, values which promote the importance of education and life-long learning strategies and civic responsibilities. Emphasis has been placed on the basic skills to ensure that students have the necessary skills to prepare for their secondary education. Literacy has been targeted with teacher time and resources being devoted to improve reading and writing levels over the past year.
